[DVOC] Rare Bird Alert - Swallow-tailed Kite - Montgomery County PA

A Swallow-tailed Kite was seen this morning from the Hawk Watch Platform at
Militia Hill State Park, Fort Washington, PA (Montgomery County).

There have been several sightings of this bird, at this general location,
over the past several days.
