1. It is with a sad heart the DVOC regrets to inform the membership that
Jeanette Twining, wife of life member Dale Twining, passed away last week.
Dale joined the club in 1937 and is currently the member with the most years
of club membership.

2. The club treasurer, Bert Filemyr, will be at the club meeting on Thursday
evening (5/15). Those members who made World Series of Birding pledges can
pay at that time. For those who pledged by species, the count was 229.
Remember that all money collected via pledges per species or donations will
be used for conservation projects. This is the time to be generous with your
tax deductable dollars.
